1. How long can I return a product?

You can return a product within 30 days of receiving it if you are not satisfied with the product. Please note that the product must be new, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

2. What products are not accepted for return?

Products that are on sale, used, damaged, or missing original accessories/tags are not accepted for return. Additionally, custom or special orders are not returnable.

3. How do I start the return process?

4. How much does it cost to return the product?

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or does not match your order.

5. When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, if approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 30 business days.

6. Why haven’t I received my refund yet?

Please check your bank account and contact your credit card company as it may take some time before the refund is officially credited.

7. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of payment. If the order is already shipped, we cannot cancel or change the order information.

8. How long does it take to process an order?

The cut-off time for orders is 5:00 PM (PST). Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you.

9. How long does it take to ship?

Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days, depending on location. In case of delays due to weather conditions or logistical difficulties, we will notify you via email.
