1. Order Processing

To ensure your order is processed quickly, our order cut-off time is 5:00 pm (PST).

Order processing hours are within 1-3 business days. Please note that your order may take longer to ship if we receive a high volume of orders. If there is an expected significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

2. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is within 7-15 business days (may take longer, depending on destination). Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday. A signature is required upon delivery.

However, there will be circumstances we cannot foresee such as weather conditions or logistical difficulties that may result in minor delays. Please allow additional delivery days for delivery. If there is a delay in delivery, we will contact you via email.

3. Shipping Prices

Standard shipping is $6.99 for all orders.

4. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email or text message with a tracking ID and a link to track your package. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. If you are unsure of your ID, please check our delivery confirmation email.

We work with UPS to ensure that every order from missfortune.store is delivered on time and safely. With UPS reliable shipping service, you can rest assured that your product will reach you quickly and intact.

6. Undeliverable Package

Customers will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred when returning or picking up a package in the event that the package is deemed undeliverable due to the customer’s incorrect or incomplete shipping address, delivery, package refusal, or other events beyond our control.

7. Your package is wrong/damaged

We take great care to ensure that your order arrives in the best possible condition. If your order is damaged, we are very sorry. Please email us at [email protected] within 7 days with a photo of the damaged item, your order number, and any other information you may have about your order to help us resolve this issue for you quickly. We will respond to you as soon as possible!
