If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

The product must be new, unused and in its original condition with original labels and packaging.

Products that are on sale or on promotion may not be eligible for returns.

Once we have received your request, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product.

You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the product, unless the product is faulty or does not match your order.

4. Cancellation of Order

Cancellation Deadline: within 24 hours after payment has been processed or if your order is in the process of being dispatched, we are generally unable to cancel or update your order details after the goods have been ordered.

5. Processing Refund

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be returned to your original method of payment within 30 business days.

In some cases, the transaction processing fee or the original shipping fee may not be refunded.

6. Ineligible Products

Products that have been used by the customer, are damaged, or are missing original accessories or labels will not be accepted for return.

Custom or special order items are also not eligible for returns.

7. Late or Missing Refund
